Menno Bathroom Renovation Roundup – Part 1

It’s the middle of the winter in southwestern Ontario and folks are starting to get a little stir crazy with cabin fever. To help lighten the mood and add a little inspiration to your day we thought we’d get a little cheeky for February’s blog and focus on bathrooms. So, here’s a renovation roundup of some of our favourite bathroom renovations we recently completed in Waterloo Region. We hope they will inspire your next home improvement!

A beautifully designed Waterloo ensuite

Renovated in partnership with Habermehl Design Group Inc. this Waterloo, Ontario home now has a brand new, beautifully designed ensuite. In addition to gorgeous new flooring from Richcraft Interiors, this luxury bathroom also includes a sleek soaker tub, glass-enclosed shower, a wall-mounted toilet and custom cabinetry installed by Cabinet Effects. We dismantled and donated the original cabinets in this space to Habitat For Humanity’s Waterloo Restore

Powder room perfection

Main floor renovations often come with a small bathroom that also requires updating. This perfect powder room that we completed in partnership with Timber Barn includes new hardwood flooring, a small custom vanity, a low flush toilet and reclaimed wood framed mirror. Toilet paper is neatly stored under the sink in a basket. What else do you really need in a powder room? Not a thing!

A stunning Strassburger bathroom renovation

This Kitchener bathroom renovation happens to be the second renovation we completed for these happy homeowners. For this bathroom remodel, the old tub and shower were removed making way for a large glass enclosed shower with extra high shower head, low maintenance tiles by Richcraft Interiors and a beautiful marble bench. Our client now has plenty of custom storage thanks to the team at Cabinet Effects. This stunning bathroom also includes marble countertops from Cambria that have been scooped around and continued as the window ledge giving this space a whole lot of sparkle.

  • Custom tile work from Richcraft Interiors
  • Tiled flooring
  • Soaker tub
  • Television
  • Gas fireplace
This soaker tub includes a high-def TV and gas fireplace.
